Honesty
I will tell you what I see, not what is comfortable to hear.
I come from a small village near Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and grew up in a humble, middle-class family, with more questions than answers about what life would become.

My journey has taken me through international cricket, education, fitness, yoga, coaching, spirituality and personal growth. I have represented the Poland National Cricket Team, worked in education and sports leadership, and trained as a life and mindset coach, NLP practitioner, yoga teacher, personal trainer and sports nutritionist.
But beyond the qualifications and the titles, I consider myself a student of life.

For over a decade, my own journey of questioning, learning, travelling, reading, meditation and self-exploration has shaped the way I see life.
I have explored spirituality, studied scriptures and different schools of thought, read extensively, and continuously experimented with what actually creates lasting wellbeing and fulfilment, rather than what merely sounds good on a page.
Today, my work is about helping people understand themselves, find clarity, build a resilient mindset, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.
No quick fixes, no exaggerated promises, and no one-size-fits-all solutions. What is left is simpler, and harder.

I will tell you what I see, not what is comfortable to hear.
Nothing changes until you can see clearly what is actually happening.
Insight without repetition fades. The work is in the returning.
Something you can do this week, not a philosophy you can admire.

To help you pause, look within, and consciously create the life you want to live.Through coaching, retreats, speaking and everything I share
